3ds max dog animation

So im not a animator at all. I use 3ds max and for this model im using the Cat Rig system and their premade walking cycle. Anyway I am not even sure if the model has ok topolgy. Im trying to do a sit, walk, bark animation. Here is what I have so far.

That's a max file... 

Try doing a platblast / render of your animations, then upload them to syncsketch.com and post that link here
