WIP - Dragon

Hello everybody, To present my self a little, I am a 3d artist actually refining my portfolio to try to get a job around the world.
In this way, I would like to share with you my work in progress for this Dragon model.
there is no references sketches, I've started from a Zsphere in zbrush then pushed the sculpt until I liked the shape. (for sure references was here to helps with parts and silouhette).
The workflow will be:
Zbrush sculpting the high poly, retopology in Topogun, import in max to unwrapp it, bake the maps with xNormal, then painting the beast in Substance Painter. when shaders will be complete, I make a rigg in Max, and give him the pose I want to place in a little diorama, that I will create aside.



Then I have baked the Normal map, AO, cavity and trickness with Xnormal


And now I am painting the beast in Substance Painter, also including the SSS chanel to give more live on it

I am actually uploading a little video showing the sss response.
