Cant see change object full view port 3ds max

Ive searched for a solution already and I cant seem to find the answer anywhere and its a bit of an annoyance but the change object color panel in 3ds max looks like this....

Try the following, the last bit of the video show you how you can reset 3Ds Max to its factory settings.
After you changed the name ENU to ENU.OLD 3Ds Max will create a new folder when you start it up. If you still experience the same problems, just remove the new ENU folder and rename the old one to ENU.
Using anything other than 100% will screw the UI in any Max version, prior to 2017...
