Looking for more examples of "cutout" 3d water still life scenes

Hi guys,

I'm looking to gather information on scenes like these below.

Basically a water scene which is limited to a volume.
It doesn't have to be 3d, but most of them are anyways.

So yeah, if you can link to such images I'd be very happy (and I'm sure others love this style as well!)

Necro, but this is the closest I could get to a series of posts made by a user on here about cross-section shaders in Unity.. He/She was dynamically cutting objects and displaying a stencilled texture where the cut intersected the objects. I believe he was displaying models of dams and electrical power gizmos. Anybody remember anything of the sort, or have hints / ideas for what I am looking for?
