    That depends on what it is. If it can handle a little stretching you should flatten out those curved pieces (Render Elements > Straighten Selection). You'll have less Anti-Aliasing to deal with and they'll take up less space. I would also think about welding it all together so there are as few seams as possible and the textel density is the same for each side.

    Hey, all I did was to get this unwraps. Relax them. Flatten. 
    Is this the right workflow?? Forgot to say that I used TeX tools...
