Seems there's something odd about the way the jaw/mouth area was done in general, though. Bulges, wrinkles (pronounced nasolabial crease, chin dimple), general stockiness/width of the jaw as well as the exaggerated darkening/cooler hues of the skin pigmentation all hint at older, more masculine anatomy, rather than a younger feminine kind. That'd be something to keep in mind when designing female characters, though I believe a lot of this (for this specific image) could be corrected in post if it's too late to fix the base mesh.
