@NBerbatov Thats a nice sculpt! The likeness of the skull is good too. I just think the hand looks like a droid hand rather than a skeleton. Maybe making the wrist joint less thick and maybe make the fingers thinner in the middle part of each bone to give more emphasis in the knuckles. The wheel could be scaled up a bit too.
Here's an update on my progress in Quixel. Just need to get the alpha sorted for the grass cards then ill be exporting the maps to UE4.
Sorry I'm so late! Loved combing through and seeing everyone's variations on the grenade. Especially @DmitrySychev , very cool renders. Here's my attempt! See y'all in the next thread
After so many problems and time issues I managed to finish it haha. Modeling and unwrapping in 3ds Max 2016, baking and texturing in Substance Painter 2, render in Marmoset, 4K textures, 2.939 polys. Learned a lot from it, thanks Polycount for the Challenge.
I also have a late piece. I wanted to make this as a challenge to myself to see how close I could possibly get to the original concept. Because I don't have too much experience with it I kept it pretty high poly because I didn't want to get into too many problems with the geometry. I can definitely say now I went way too high in places like the rope and the log, but in exchange I really underestimated the polys I would need for the candles. Also my UVs are kind of a mess because I wanted to know if tons of seems would be a problem with a handpainted model. Turns out they're not fun but manageable, probably should have avoided a few more.

Also if anybody can help me out: The pictures are made using Unity but is there a way to get this kind of transparency for the smoke/flame in Marmoset or are there only the cutout/dither options?
Hi here is my prop from the concept art by Egor Bielawski.I couldn’t
finish on time, because I was too busy. It
became the best time of my life - my lovely wife gave birth to my sweet baby girl.
And now I've got some free time to
finish it.
With this project I tried to learn new stuff and new programs. I made the base model in 3D Max and some tweaking of the uv and low poly, hi-poly sculpting in Zbrush. For the first time I did retopology and uv in 3D Coat and baking and texturing in Substance Painter . Screenshoots from Unreal Engine 4. First time setting project in Unreal Engine 4
