Is it ok, to use " Align to object" with Perspective?

Hello,


i have worked with " Align to Object" and it worked really really good. Without "Align to object" I had so many problems to get the reference right. 

I only want to ask that, because some people work without " Align to object" and I want to ask if this is for me a problem, when I maybe have to sculpt for a customer? Are there any problems, when I use Align to object and give it to the customer?

could you show an example of this? i have no idea why this would be problematic, but maybe i am missing something
