Hello Polycount,
I'm currently developing my first mobile game, and require an animated crow as the main character model.
Ideally I'd like it modelled and animated by the same artist, but I know many people specialise in one or the other, so I'd be happy enough to split it into 2 jobs if necessary.
The specs are:
As realistic a crow as possible in 2 or 3 thousand triangles. Bone count not entirely sure, I suppose the minimum required to achieve fluid, lifelike animation.
A skeleton crow to be modelled to the exact shape/dimensions of the standard crow, to enable dynamic swapping.
The crow needs to be UV'd and textured, however I'll provide all the source textures.
As for animation, obviously a flying animation and a walking animation. Also, landing, taking off, pecking, and opening beak. At the moment I'm not sure if I need any getting bashed/killed animation as I've built a ragdoll bird, so may handle that with pure physics.
Some information about the game itself - it's a 2.5d black and white horror, physics, adventure game shot in 35mm. By that I mean all the textures in the game are shot on 35mm B&W film
It's also running on my own graphics and physics engines, built largely with this game in mind.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers,
Raffles

I modeled this crow years ago but its just to show that I can model a crow. lol
Speaking of which, I forgot to add, for anyone else that is interested - please could you PM me with your portfolio and also a quote for the work?
Cheers.
Excuse the delay in getting back to you and thanks to those that have expressed interest and PM'd me details. I was just waiting to hear back from someone. I'll have a good look at all your portfolios now.
Cheers,
Raffles.
