Purchasing tutorials from Libel Studios?

Hi, I'm trying too purchase tutorials through libel studios in Columbia from the United States. I have tried contacting them for a week without any response and thought to ask here to see if anyone has successfully purchased tutorials from them outside of Columbia and how it would be possible? I know it's a rather odd thing to ask here and that it's something that should be handled by their customer support team, but they are very unresponsive to my inquiry and I have become impatient.

I have tried using my credit card and have tried contacting them through facebook, email, and the contact at the site. Someone did respond to me on facebook and said to use paypal, but there is no option that I can see to purchase through paypal.

Usually these things are automated. But theirs might be a manual shop. They might be away on vacation. Did you check their Facebook etc. links for notifications?

I did check and even went and checked now just in case and I didn't see any notification informing people that they are away. I will try calling next and see if I can't get a hold of someone that way. I just gave it a shot here hoping that someone has already purchased tutorials from them and could let me know how they did it.

If it was me, I would check my credit card bill and make sure I am not being charged without getting access to the content.

Yeah, I check my statement and there is nothing to worry about there. It has this field where it asks for the card holders ID number (C.C) certification of citizenship and other options like passport which is weird. I don't know why they wouldn't want the tutorials available to everyone, good grief!!!

lmao, did you visit the site? It's a legit site with good tutorials, but i think their is a issue with south american and north american transfers.

There is a specific tutorial I want from them and they have really good tutorials. I will continue working on acquiring it and if I am able to I will rely the info needed to purchase from them.

A quick whois and investigating the registrant reveals that they're based in Bogota, Colombia. Coupled with the passport/citizen cert request leaves it all extremely suspect. Keep clear.

  I will be cautious and be sure not to give out any personal information if i ever receive any feedback from them.

 I wrote to you at Facebook some time ago with one response that said to us Paypal, but there is no Paypal on the Libel Studio site. Then I wrote again in regards to there not being a option to purchase through Paypal on the Libel Studio site without any reply. Can you provide the information I have requested here in this thread? It would be beneficial to Libel Studios for those who have similar inquiries in the future. I will also try to reach you on Facebook again as you have suggested.

After Speaking to Libel Studio from the link provided I was able to purchase access to the tutorial.
