These are my main inspirations so you can get a better idea of what I am aiming for. I will be using hundrets more images to gain valuable images from but the tank is going to maintain steampunk elemnts inserted into base of ww2 tank
your mood board has some big differences between each concept, I'm intrigued to see where you'd take this! if using modo, look into rounded edge shader technique. can potentially save you hours of modeling and retopo work.
@tzur well futuristic one wont be the main taste in the design but I wanted to emphasize the fact it is going to be completely new kind of tank with links steam,normal ,futuristic,my own imagination.I have overall concept how it is going to look . I've decided to make it able to climb tall mountains,have a feel that it isnt large type tank but It is focused on small sabotage with high speed and high damage potential. Goal is to make something out of the box but still realistic enough to make someone believe that It can actually be used to fight opponents

It is meant to be textured later on,so the procces will cover retopologizing
