Hello all, I hope someone can help me go around a Maya Vray issue I've been having.
I have a mesh where I applied a displacement map that has a lot of detail. In the material I want to create a fresnel effect, using VrayFresnel or samplerInfo, but I want it to ignore the normals that the displacement map create and taking only in consideration the real mesh geometry. Is it possible to go around this somehow? I feel that something is missing here to me, since this should be possible without much work.
If anyone have a solution to this, please tell me, I'll gladly appreciate that
