Autodesk products and Windows 10

Hi,

Has anyone had any issues trying to install Autodesk software on Windows 10 Home? I can't install anything. Seems like Autodesk packages aren't fully compatible with Windows 10 yet. I'm not sure.

The installation finishes and it says "some products failed to install".

Here are my pc specs:

CPU - Intel i7 6700
Ram - 16gb
Graphics card - GTX 780
O S- Windows 10 Home

I run win10 at work and at home and I don't have trouble with autodesk software. Maya, 3dsmax, MotionBuilder and Mudbox all work for me.

Did you make sure the installer has Admin rights?

I just installed 3DS Max and Maya LT today on Windows 10, it runs just fine. Perhaps just contact costumer support?

I've been running windows 10 since it came out, and have never had any issues like that.

maya 2014 doesn't work on win10, maya 2015 runs in most of cases but it's not supported officialyl by ad.

I might try figuring it out later since I don't actually need the software yet. It's a new PC so I know its not my system.

If you still need help later, it's best to list the software and version you are trying to install.

Dude. I'm lost. What kinds of reactions am I causing? Are you referring to the troll?

You are not getting detailed answers because you are not demonstrating you have done any research. The kind of answers you get to your technical questions depends on the way you ask the questions.

In the Introduction, substitute "hackers" with "senior artists".

All I can think of is right clicking the install file and selecting 'install as admin' and you have to be online to run the install. Yup all my Autodesk stuff runs fine on win 10.
