Hi everyone ! I'm working on a concept art
"Come On" made by the very talented
Rock D .
This project helped me to learn and improve a lot of technics like : hardsurfaces, retopo , baking with a lot of meshes, Substance Painter with stylized PBR , and most importantly : try to learning when I can change some details ( size, colors ,.) without losing the "spirit" of the concept. (for exemple: the colors of the leaves, the "Blue Eyes"/lamps bigger, the torso more spheric,...)
I feel its almost finished but before, I would to know if you have any critics/comments/warning about the result and see what i can modify.
Thank you for your time
!

I think textures need some wear/tears and some color variation to look alive, now its a bit bleak and uniform + more material defenition, wood and leather looks almost the same
Can't wait to see some updates on this!
excellent job all around!
Look at your wire vs the rendered model. Large visible bits don't have many polys, and small hidden bits are very dense.
I'd watch that.
I have done the most adjustements that I can, by following your advices :
-I've added more definition in the wood and leather materials (diffuse painting in big part)
- I've reshaped the "Gun mussels" (left shoulder) and made them more "shinny and chrome"
- There is more polygons in the right shoulder for the silhouette + the right shoulder is also a little bit smaller
-more gradient in the leaves .
