For LowPoly Ao i use
Sample Radius 4.0
Sample Count 50

For HightPoly Ao i use
Sample Radius 1.5
Sample Count 200

I suppose I'm a little late to say this, but your levercap isn't locked on! Note the position of the screw in relation to the holes.
