Making Real Life-size Screws And Applied To 3d Printing

How can I make real-life size screws in 3DS-Max, and I think another way to solve it is to design your own screw and 3D print it in steel. The product needed to be screwed is it going to absorb a lot of force(aeronautics)(10G force at least).
