Wow I love how this turned out...especially the head and the hair. The one thing I'm not crazy about is the material on the dress...it looks like vinyl or plastic. Still, nice work!

That is so true, I do plan to work with materials closer for the UE4 version later this week as it also gives more flexibility to shader customization than marmoset.
I also started this dude here as an enemy for Alice, but that's just a concept for now and I don't think I'm going to finish it so I put it into my digital sketchbook. decided to post it here too as they are related, wouldn't hurt anyway.
Thanks for all your comments ! I've started to set up materials in UE4, all the fresnel stuff look way too bright so far but those are just first steps
Nobody see the proportion is off? The body looks like a child one while the head belongs to a 40 year old women. There is something happening between head and body that looks strange. Is the head too big or the neck too long? Is the proportion ok but the face and hair is not young enough?
ouch that might be true. when I started it I wanted to go with some sort of stylization, but at some moment f##ked it up badly.. ( also revisiting head was in my list.
Whoa, really fantastic detailing going on here. Good work! Didn't notice the proportions tho until JHS said it but I did notice that the head had a very mature look. A younger more proportionate face would definitely elevate this piece.
