Hey guys,
wanted to get a bit more involved into the community and figured the best way was to show what i'm working on and keep it updated.
background; this is a character i've been working on and off for about 2 years now, supposedly one day he's gonna be the main character of my game, but above all he's my anatomy learning character. I always worked on him with his arms down, but yesterday i decided to to continue on him with a t-pose, so i get to learn that. this is what i got so far

quick note; - fucked up his hands with posing them and resizing, they are probably the worst part of the sculpt atm.
- split between legs is no problem since hes gonna be dressed anyway.
- I would love some feedback on the shoulders

Also upper part of his external obliques and serratus anterior could do with similar treatment.
All in all I'd recommend looking at the origin and insertion of muscles and the kind of shapes they make when they've been built up, tensed, and relaxed.

worked on it for a few more days but kept feeling like i'm stuck on anatomy ( just constantly moving things around hoping it looks beter) so I decided to follow ryan kingslien's tutorial on anatomy and build a character from skeleton up.
however, felt a bit inspired and decided to just trow cloth on him and see where it goes.
right now it looks all clean but i'm going to make him really dirty and tattered, add some more armor and maybe some more fur.
Trying to make a character that looks like he used to be a holy, dignified man who lost faith and now fights in the shadow against the ever looming darkness
will see where it goes and keep posting here
