i have been rigging and animating using Blender i was wondering if there is a standalone program that is focused on that topic wich is easier or faster
You are probably best off sticking with Blender. There have been several animation programs that have tried to fill in the spot you are thinking of but they just seem to come and go.
Motion Builder has been around a while, but isn't really innovating anymore. The HumanIK rig in MB is pretty cool, and you can do some custom rigging in that program tool.
Maya has the HumanIK tech incorporated in side of it, but it works better inside of MB.
3ds Max has both Biped and CAT rigging systems that allow for pretty easy pick up and go solutions.

The newest is Akeytsu, https://www.nukeygara.com/ It looks pretty cool, but I haven't tried it.
