AKA - Directional Lightmaps
Anyone have any information or techniques on baking radiosity normal maps in external software. A fair few good game engines now have this tech build in and use their own editors and baking systems to get the outputs.
I was hoping Modo would have an bake output but not much luck on it and it seems hard to find much other information on the tech. Very frustrating!

Had a browse through this before posting, a bit of good info there about the process valve use and a few other engines but it seems there is precious letting information on how this could be done in modo wile we do our other light baking.
We might be able to make a mini-representative lightrig rig in unity and get it rendered out from there. Will check it out with the tech guys on monday!
