Workflow: 3dsmax, Substance Designer, Toolbag 3, CryengineV.
Wips will be in Toolbag 3 except for this first one.

    The intention is to bake the roof and leave the rest of it as low poly.  Most pieces will not have excessive detail and not be baked.  I still am unsure how much of the roof will be baked I have to make that decision with time.  The piece is not modular.

    To start this off the roof needs to be brought down and the building possibly widened.  I need to take a look at this again.  Make sure I have my proportions lining up.  The beams in the front, dunno if I should just use separate meshes for those at this point?  

    The Side of the roof is a bit confusing as well.  I have a test piece I am working on to get the detailing done.  But if anyone has any ideas on approaching it in max.

     Just have to rework the foundation again and push forward.
