I've been working on this for hours and I cannot figure out what is happening. I baked this guy's torso with the same settings, no problem. High poly in Zbrush, baking in Substance Painter 2. I'm using the FBX exporter plugin in Zbrush.
The error is extremely general and upon researching it, I have found almost no information.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

The full zbrush scene is 45mil points with 52 subtools. I can do about 35 subtools at a time without running into an issue.
I'll try comping together the maps in the meantime but I would much rather know what the root problem is.
OBJ worked sometimes but not others. The same OBJ would be fine then it wouldn't. In my case using OBJs didn't work with the way I had my mesh/pipeline setup.
The bakes ended up working when I did half the subtools at a time and comped them together in PS. Still using FBX, all the same setting aside from the smaller file size. If you have any guess on what caused the error I would still love to know so I can avoid it in the future!
