    His beard looks like it's painted on, maybe some hair planes would make it look a bit better. Also there is something about his face, maybe it's his pupils they seem very small which suggests he has a light shining straight into his face. Increasing the size of the pupils might make him look better. Also he is of hispanic heritage or at least he looks it, so his eyes would probably be a tad bit darker. Also I checked his proportions and he seems to be roughly 7 heads tall, correct me if I'm wrong. That would make him quite short, according to this site he is 6'2 1/2" tall.

    But other than that I don't see much wrong with it, very cool. :)

    Never connected ethnicity with color of the pupils before, interesting. As for the hair, that's all fibermesh. :)
