I have been having a problem with 3DO roughness in an open DDO project matching what is rendered in UE4, Toolbag 3 and 3DO if I import the mesh and maps into it as a new project. I don't know if it is something I am doing wrong in the DDO project.
I created it as a UE4 packed (RMA) project and metalness workflow is selected in 3DO import options, although I am not sure if this has an impact on the current DDO project. sRGB is turned off in UE4, and in Toolbag 3.
The roughness looks pretty consistent between engines and if I import the textures and mesh directly into 3DO, the only one that is different is the open project in DDO.

Quick update: This is still being looked at, for now I am just using the unpacked UE4 export option, it seems like it is only an issue with the UE4 RMA packed export.
