I've been working on this Robot Ostrich.. It's completely Mechanical, so I used parenting to get more of a mechanical rig.. But the neck needed a skeleton so it could bend in a more organic way (skeleton is only bind to the Neck part). Now when I upload this to Unity the neck mostly disappears.Am I rigging this the wrong way? Should I not add a skeleton to only one part??

Double-check that you're using 4-influences pr. bone on your skinCluster in Unity. If not, the geometry can collapse.
