Portfolio Review - Stylized Environment Focus

Hey guys, I'm preparing to send my portfolio to studios around the Greater Toronto Area.

If you could add anything to this portfolio what would it be? I'm thinking a nice PBR prop would add a lot as I just have environments right now.
I was also wondering if I should add some raw textures/wireframes/breakdown stuff. Some portfolios have it, some don't, and I'd love to hear if you think it's worth the time.
