How to prevent 3ds max from stealing focus while starting?

Hi, this thing annoys me from years. Anyone knows how to prevent 3ds max from stealing focus while starting? This app launches very long, and sometimes it steals focus even 4 or 5 times before completing "launching procedure". x_x
