buying a new pc looking for a recommendation

I have been using a all in one Samsung PC for a while witch has made high poly sculpting difficult for me i saved up and want to get something powerful now to make my workflow a lot smoother in all areas my budget is 1500 max if anyone has a favorite or general ideas id love to know before making a large purchase  thanks for your time
