Hi, i'm having a problem with seems appearing in my displacement.
I'm using :Maya2016 > Vray
>weird seams
>map
If someone could help me, i would be very grateful.

Seams not seems.
This looks like a sphere pole. Which by default has terrible UVs that come to a point.
If you want to texture a sphere, it's better to use a quad sphere. Here's a great example from

Unlike a normal map a disp map is geo based. You need to subdivide. I can still see the faceting on the mesh.

This looks like a sphere pole. Which by default has terrible UVs that come to a point.
