Overwatch - Barron

Hey Guys,
Like so many, I wanted to create my own Overwatch Character. This is Barron. His entire hook is based around gravity propulsion. I'm still concepting the minor details but my general Idea is here.
It started with this initial sketch of trying to find Barron.
From there I expanded on the shapes through a good amount of iterations and found one I really liked.
His weapon is also designed, I just havent finished rendering it yet

So first update. I'm trying to just have fun with this piece so I'm bouncing between concept to model.
Here is the first WIP.
Here is the latest progress of my char. Changed the hair up a bit as well as the pants form the original concept. half the concepting is happening in Zbrush so I'm still just playing around!
