We have need for a dedicated Hard Surface 3D artist to realize some robots, mechs, turrets, drones and other robotic things of that nature. We have full concepts of each and a requirement on how they must be modeled. For example for our robots, they will all share the same rig and have interchangeable parts. This means you need to be comfortable with building the robots as sections (thing upper arm, lower arm, torso, etc) while still maintaining the integrity of the model to work and look fluid in production.
We want someone who strives and excels at producing very high quality robotic entities and has the capability of getting a high amount of detail into a game ready asset.

Requirements
- Advanced PBR pipeline texturing and experience
- LOD Creation / Mesh Optimization
- Proficiency in High / Low Poly modeling and excellent normal map baking
- Deep understanding of realism in texturing
- Motivated and striving for the best
- Well Spoken English
- Ability to work well with Remote Teams
- Openness to feedback
