Right now I think your two strongest pieces are the female study (though something feels a bit off about her hips that I can't quite put my finger on; might be more clear without the clothes) and the cranky alien. The rest of your 3d stuff is a big step down; muddy shapes, and textures that feel pretty divorced from the form of the object. It also looks like you have some technical problems with the normal mpa bake on the rock study.
The 2d stuff seems pretty good, but not enough to get into a super, super competitive field of concept art. I think I'd keep it on your website, as drawing is a useful extra skill for a 3d artist, but put it on a separate page, not front and center in the portfolio (unless you're applying to a place that asks for 2d samples; I know some do).
So I think you have a lot of good work on your portfolio, but I do not like the way you are presenting it. It might be a personal thing, but I do not like that I can scroll through your whole portfolio. I would rather gather it into projects with one teaser image, and when clicked would bring me to a page where you include the rest of the images and some text about your work, thoughts, methodes and so forth. I think this would aid your site and bring more unity to the different projects, especially if we are talking about a person who might have to look through a hundred different portfolios.
Like I said though, the work there is good, and the way that the main thing is in the middle of the screen makes it neeter as well. So I would say it is a good start, but maybe look into putting the projects into individual pages where you can elaborate more without cluttering up the front page
