REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
Expertise and emphasis in stylized characters (vs realistic characters)
Deep awareness of anatomy
Strong sense of gesture, proportion, and silhouette
Strong sense of humor, playfulness, inventiveness
Innate quality of expressiveness, energy emotion and humor throughout work
Thinking in 3D as well as 2D
Detail oriented and reliable - able to meet deadlines on tight schedules
Humble, hardworking and thrives on collaboration
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from a four - year college or university - or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge of Photoshop
Experience with creation of character turnarounds to guide 3D modelers
Experience reading experience lists
Worked on multiple shipped titles
BONUS
Strong background in traditional art and refined sense of aesthetics
Sculpting skills in Zbrush, Mudbox or equivalent
Texturing skills
Night vision
