Really nice work man I really like the overall design, maybe i would break more the symmetry of the hair but overall is really great

She looks great so far! I love the belt and the straps on the shoulder.
I agree with Caesar earlier on the hair symmetry. The concept is kind of symmetrical-ish too, but there are some tiny variations towards the tips/ends that help break it up. I am unsure if you'd be able to slip that in prior to the bakes and texturing, though.
Looking forward to seeing her done, and hope you can finish before the year's end!
