My hand painted learning experience

Hello everyone, I have been watching this forum for the last year or so now and finally decided to post something. I recently decided that I want to do hand painted 3d art and this is where I'm going to be posting my progress. I'm a beginner with this style so any and all criticism is welcome.

Now that that's out of the way here is my first attempt at a hand painted pillar which is currently still a work in progress.

Sorry for the poor image quality it's just a little screen grab as you can probably tell.

I decided that the old version looked too clean so I tried to stylize it a little more. I also realized I was working at too high of a resolution. Here's what it looks like now.

Not sure if I'm done with the pillar or not but here's what I got.

Also started working on a tiling floor texture.

Continuing with the floor texture. I didn't think the random stone pattern really matched the style of the pillars so I changed it to this.
