Nice work, although in the future, I'd definitely recommend looking at better UV layouts and modular asset/texture re-use. You have A LOT of textures here, and they're all 2K. If this is for a cinematic sure, but since the geo is fairly low poly, I imagine it's more for real-time. You could have definitely got this on 2 sheets, maybe even 1 with clever layouts and re-use.
This looks awesome! My only concern would be how the dirt appears on the door. What if you turn the dirt to grease with a different roughness value and place dirt around the corners?
Just a bit too noisy in my humble opinion. Too much dirt on the surface, like @daniellooartist mentioned, why would it be on the door and not on the corners? 4 textures for one door is an overkill. One would suffice. But overall, good job.
You are absolutly right, to be honest I had very little time, I made the texture in about 2 / 3hours
The choice for the 4 textures map, was made just for presentation purposes, I wanted a very high def image in the end, but ofc, for a real game I would have made only 1 texture map

The circular bit on the top looks almost entirely pristine, yet everything else is covered in dirt and grunge.
