Isometric 3D Environment Artist for 6-12 month contract

About the game:
No Bull Intentions has a vacancy for a character artist who is skilled in cartoon/anime style 3D environments for a 6-12 month contract. The game is a JRPG/adventure and the art style and perspective we're shooting for is similar to "I Am Setsuna". Below is a screen from "I am Setsuna" as an example of the perspective and art style required. Our game is set in the near future, on an off-world colony. Most of the architecture is modern/contemporary though, not very high tech.
About the job:
Ideally, we would like to find someone who can model, UV-map, texture and setup lighting. If you have excellent modelling and texturing skills, we can get someone else to handle lighting. No normal maps, high-poly sculpts, specular maps, etc. are required. Environments will be low-poly and have diffuse maps only. Baked lighting only. Experience with Unity and specifically setting up scenes, lightmapping, etc. is a huge bonus.
Most environments are contemporary/futuristic. It's sci-fi but not overly high tech. Think a near future off-world colony.
High quality concept art will be provided so no concept skills are required.

You should be able to work fast without supervision. You should be motivated and a self-starter. You should have at least 2 years experience of remote freelancing. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to attend weekly and ad-hoc meetings via Skype. You should have a portfolio which contains a number of environments in a cartoon/anime style. You should be available to start immediately or very shortly.
Experience with Unity and lightmapping, in particular, is desirable but not essential.
