Hello guys! This my last work I'd like to share with you! I did it to study some different techniques.
I used Zbrush and Maya for modeling (scarf in Marvelous), Substance Painter for textures and Marmoset Toolbag 3 for render.
I did not have time to do a breakdown yet, but I want to do it! I spread the hair cards inside maya by hand but for some parts I created curves and managed the cards using the new feature of Bonus Tools in maya (curve to ribbon mesh) etc.

So, the scarf details (the patterns) were all made in substance or did you sculpted them in zbrush?
Did you do the textures of the HP in Zbrush for the scarf?
