It would help to have more context for what it is you are trying to make. Are you using work from a concept?
Since the character is obviously stylized, it's hard to critique since there is nothing to compare it to. From what I can see though, there are varying degrees of detail. The embellishments on the lower leg are very detailed and crisp where the scales on the arms and chest are very faded.
Also, when modeling a character, it is best to keep the fingers open, not in a fist.
