Zbrush perspective not working

I'm probably just missing a setting here but my perspective isn't working like it usually does.  The guy on the left had perspective turned on, the right has it off but the two look almost identical. 

Angle of view is 50 for both, I tried restarting Zbrush but the setting seems to be linked to the file. Anyone know what's going on?

Found the solution. The collar piece had been scaled up 100x so the camera was focusing on a piece of the scene that was way off the screen.

Quick tip: a persp setting of 28-29 in ZB is generally considered closest to a true 3D viewport persp camera.
