Marmoset Toolbag 2 Licence and Quixel Suite 2 Licence for sell

Hey guys,

couple Years ago i switched from 3D/techart to Frontend-/App Development. 
I really enjoy looking through some awesome art and sometimes i sneak to this forum -
just lurking how awesome everything had become.

Anyway - i have a Marmoset Toolbag 2 Licence and a Quixel Suite 2 Licence to sell.

Well, at the very least you should make potential buyers aware that they will of course not have entered into any agreement with Quixel or Marmoset, and therefore should not do any commercial work or expect support from either company with the software obtained from you.

Oh well then - iam very sorry. Then there not to sell.

This probably applies to the US TOS. Software resales are largely legal in the EU, according to a EU high court ruling, which says that US style TOS terms forbidding resale are invalid in the EU and consumers can ignore them (see EU vs Oracle in 2012).
I don't begrudge you Quixel guys the money, because the Quixel suite is a great product, but when it comes to a TOS there can never be generalized answer.

I can't comment on that thread as it was before my time with the company. The current policy is that we don't permit reselling licenses unless you're an authorized distributor.
