Hello guys,
There is this house that I made using a reference on a plane. The reference is a plan of the front/side/back, I found out its size, and I made a plane of the same dimension. Then with a rule of 3, I found out the real dimension and I down scaled it by the resulting percentage. I verified them, and the dimension on the plan were corresponding to the real life size in my 3ds max(configured for centimeters).
So I proceeded to model the house and I unwrapped it. Every thing was even. Now, Im in photoshop and Im about to add normals details to the house. But when I overlay the SAME plan, which I scaled proportionally in photoshop(Transform > shift+click the corner of the transform window) it doesn't match, for instance the walls need to be stretched vertically to fit correctly. Why?

Thanks for the help!
