likeness critique

I've been staring at this too long..I could use some help getting the likeness more accurate. I'm not sure exactly which areas need improvement (I've been told my face looks a little too masculine still) but I know what I have doesn't quite match. This is kinda tricky because that image is the only reference I could find of this woman.

Well I don't want discourage you or anything, but you won't be able to achieve a great likeness only with one picture, especially when the model have quite a lot of makeup... For example the actual shape of the mouth is hidden my the lipstick. The shade on the cheekbones may lead to some misinterpretation as well. But if you are really inspired by this image, keep at it. Here's a small paintover.

thanks for taking the time for a detailed critique! yeah i havent really touched the neck or ears yet since i was focused on the face, ill try apply your advice
