Not bad, but design seems a little too overworked for me. You basing off concept or your own personal design? The negative space and various pieces make the overall design noisy. It needs to be simplified and his skeleton armor on a skeleton is a bit weird. Not saying it won't work...but as is it's hard for me to seperate the two. Example: the neck....where is it? It's hiding behind the breast plate of the armor....or is that his chest? See what I mean? Color might help but I think picking a contrasting element for his armor would make the piece stronger. I'd also suggest making his silhouette more interesting his armor is super symmetrical. I'd also rework the hood so his face is shown more.
