and I need advice about skin color can you please advice me, how to make skin it look more good like this

and I want to decrease my polygon by ZRemesher but when I did my lip and nose details is gone how can I keep that details?
and one more curious, can we keep low polygon when have to combine piece together by dynamesh? (head, body, hands, legs) I just want my piece combine not increase polygon or we can't? have to ZRemesher later?
when I dynamesh I can't keep my model low becasue my fingers, toe or any deep details it gonna mess I have to increase resolution for avoid that, and boom million polygon on my model.
maybe this topic will give you headache I'm so Sorry for my bad English.
