issue with my bake and get black normal map

hey guys im am following a tutorial and am trying to bake in substance first time trying to bake there and it finishes but nothing changes my normal map looks black and i dont know what i did wrong 

any help ? 

High poly = obj and Low poly = FBX as said in tutorial
i really dont get why it isnt working

    Make sure the 2 meshes have the same scale, I would advise exporting both high and low poly using the same format to avoid that kind of issues.

    thanks for the reply yeah they were slightly too small indeed and still figuring out how to use substance baker but i got a output so thats a positive :p

    Have the same issue, my normal maps are also coming out black. In my case it is not a problem of scale differences or file type differences. I exported both the low and high poly meshes out of zbrush as an .fbx and the normal maps are still black 

    UPDATE I actually just managed to make it work, dont know what went wrong sinse i tried so manny stuff but at least it works now
