So the last month I have been receiving critique from all over the web, even an hour long live stream crit session of the legendary @Hazardous
I've done my best to listen to them all and worked on her during streams, so here's where her high poly sculpt is at:

Topology fully completed! After some feedback I upped the polycount to make her a current gen game char C&C of course welcome!
Next step is UV unwrapping.
UVs are done! A screenshot of the process in 3D-Coat:
I finished them up in 3dsMax.
Then I did a Normal Map bake with xNormal and fixes + detail defining in 3D-Coat again. This is the result so far in Marmoset Toolbag3:
I am quite happy with how things are going; faster than I thought! Next step will be texturing.

Right now I'm adding scales to detail things more.
The bake came out pretty clean, and I'm looking forward to the end result! You'll be able to do a lot of cool stuff with the skin and final texture. (Also, here's a neat thing that may inspire/give you some ideas for texturing!)

Below you see where she is at now. Still some tiny Normal Map issues, but I'm quite pleased about the bake, detail refinement and scales.
Now that her Normals are completely done, I did paintovers for colour exploration and received feedback. This will be her final colours I'm very excited to make this happen!
Texturing progress, she's almost done Still need eyelashes, fin texture and a pose!
Almost everything is done, I'm quite proud! I might add a flow map to the hair, but then I will rig/pose her with a simple environment Here's a close-up shot:

She was a big challenge and I learned a ton, really happy!
If you're interested in doing anything else, I feel like her eyes/eyelashes/eyeshadow could be beefed up a bit. I did a super quick paintover to better show a potential option.
If I were you though, I'd leave it as is, since she's pretty much finalized (and I'm kinda lazy). Congrats on finishing, and looking forward to seeing future works!
I dunno, that looks like she's wearing a lot of make-up and doesn't give the natural/nude feel I want. Yea, maybe the skin could be darker above the eye area.
