Really cool! The face and back are amazing. The glowing eyes in the skull belt work really well. I think the fur on the arms looks a little stiff. I would try fiber mesh in ZBrush for furs. The feet look like 2 different sizes and I think the picture only looks that way due to position, kind of looks swollen. I really like the legs, horns and ears. The textures are really neat. Love the veins and spine. Well Done!
Its good but not great yet. Number one thing I would work on some more is the alpha cards, also I dont know if you can do alpha blended rather than cutout shader in toolbag but that would make the cards look less harsh. The other thing I think could be improved is the skin colour variation, the concept has areas of bright skin eg the pecs and rib cage and shoulder and forehead. Your model looks more or less the same skin colours all over in these shots, perhaps thats partly the lighting.
thank you for your feedback everyone. what I'm taking away is unanimously I should adjust the alphas. @Ged Marmo does have a blending option now that I recall, I think that should help a bit. Also some proportions could be tweaked, but I'm getting mixed thoughts some people think I improved on the design (viens, skull /skull eyes, shapes) others think it should be followed with more accuracy (skull, horns) and I don't know what to do about that, feels like that would be up to my art director's taste, if they like it cool if not well is it worth the risk? I don't know maybe, maybe not idk on this one guys
