Hey all. I put together a new reel last week with some of my stuff from E3 this year. Just keep up to date, kinda thing. Figured I`d share it here. Crits are always welcome. Breakdown is in the video's description.
Were the multiple characters stuff in For Honor challenging, with the all he destruction stuff going on and multiple characters interacting with props, etc.
Thanks! The multiple people were... interesting. You take them 1 at a time, so it's not too hard. The biggest pain is just all the importing and exporting. Like, the shot with all the guys on the boat standing there, placing them all at the same time is suuuuper slow, but you need to have them all in the scene so you can see how they all fit together.
The props weren't bad. Most came with mocap data. But constraining and adjusting everything is definitely time consuming. Again, it's just taking them 1 at a time so you dont get overwhelmed.
slipsius - Thanks for the tip! So do you get one character to a final finished state before moving onto the next or do you get each character to a 'solid' state before you move on and then wrap everything up at the end and address any notes you may have.

Really looking forward to getting my hands on For Honor.
