Copy-Paste Position & Rotation, From Multiple Objects, Between Scenes

'Ullo there gents.

The gist of the situation, is that I have a bunch of animations for Fallout 4's skeleton, that have the limbs clipping into the body mesh, as the proportions are a bit more, uh, voluptuous.

The trouble, is that there are many animations that have the same initial keyframe, but different keyframes after the first one. For example, Anim1 has the skeleton hold a rifle and look left. Anim 2 has the skeleton hold a rifle and look right.

Both anims have the skeleton holding the rifle in the same way; the only difference is the position/rotation of the spine and head bones.

What I've just finished doing, is pain-stakingly copy-pasted all the arm and hand bones that I rotated & re-positioned, from Anim1 to Anim2, repeatedly switching between two 3DS Max windows. And there are quiiiiiite a few more animations that require the exact same copy-pasting of bone positions rotations.

Is there a way to just automate all that? For example, select all the bones in Anim1's first keyframe, and just copy 'em en masse to Anim2's first keyframe. The skeleton is the same across animations, so no worries about bone name conflicts 'n' such.
